Sangoma Vega 60G - Hoping someone else has used this?

Hi All

I've got a customer who have this BRI SIP gateway installed and wondered if there was anyone on 3CX who have installed this previously with ISDN?

Would like to pick your brains.

Since it is not a 3CX Supported device I'm afraid cannot provide any specific information for it. If however you're looking for a trouble free experience and also want to keep the configuration supported by 3CX I'd highly recommend checking out our list of supported gateways: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

If you will be using the device anyway I do recommend searching through our forums a bit as I have seen a number of posts regarding similar devices.

This thread https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/sangoma-gateways.52550/ , has some links, dealing with the Vega 50. Some of the information might be applicable, if you have the time to spend, attempting to get it to work with 3CX.

If it is a "standard" SIP device, it "should" work with 3CX, but you'll probably need a good idea of how SIP functions, and undoubtedly, some patience.

You might reach out to the manufacturer, to see if they have any current information, about using their devices with 3CX, they may also have a forum, which could offer some help.

We had the SIP registered but it wasnt working.

Anyway, turns out the problem is with the ISDN so once supplier has fixed this I imagine everything will work.

Once it's working, you might consider posting the configuration, in the event that someone else attempts to use the same model
