SBC Restarts every time someone Parks a Call

I have a client, they are using the current version of 3CX 16.0.619 running on a Azure Server in the cloud. On prem is an updated SBC is running on a dedicated Windows 10 Pro box, with all the firewalls disabled. They have 32 Grandstream GXP2130 phones, all with the current firmware 1.0.11.6, and the latest template. BLF 11, 12, 13 and 14 is assigned Shared Park 1-4 on all the phones. If an external call comes in and is parked at one extension, and then picked up at another extension, SBC reboots and all the current calls are dropped. They are using NuSo as the SIP Provider, with a generic template. I have setup a demo account with SipTrunk.com, and tested it, however the same thing happens. Any ideas what I should do next??? This has been going on for months and the client is a little upset with the trouble shooting progress.

The latest SBC 16.1.152

That is a beta version. Uninstall it and install 16.0.390 which is the latest stable version.

Hi Randy! From what you described, it looks like SBC is crashing.
To help us troubleshoot this, you could do the following on the machine where SBC resides:

• Create C:\test folder for dump files.
• Apply steps 1-5 from here Enable dump creation
• Repeat the process that leads to SBC service restart.
• Look into C:\test folder where you will find the crash dump file.
• Upload it to some public cloud storage and send me the link in PM.

Then I will be able to see what causes the problem and hopefully fix it in the upcoming releases.
