What happens if a phone is provisioned to register through another local SBC routedr phone and that router phone goes off line? Will that phone look for other SBC options on the network or does it always have to be manually set?

Hi @biggreyphone, yes the phone is provisioned behind ONE specific 3CX SBC, if this SBC fails then you may configure a failover as mentioned in this document https://www.3cx.com/docs/sbc-high-availability-cluster/

Please note this failover is possible when using both SBC on raspberry or linux machines and not by using a router phone.
