Solved SBC won't work with one supported phone, but will with another

I have a 3CX SBC, a Yealink W52P and a Grandstream.

The Yealink W52P shows in 3CX, and has been reported by the SBC. However, the IP shows the local loopback IP; I cannot assign this phone to an extension.

The Grandstream GXP2130 also shows in 3CX, but this shows the correct local IP address and the correct SBC IP address; this can be assigned to an extension.

Given that this is the same, brand new SBC, and that both phones have been reset and are on the supported list, what might I be doing wrong?

Have you followed the steps for W52P as you assign the extensions with the fxs / dect setup - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-dect-w52p/

After you setup the W52P, edit the W52P config and you will see an extension tab - this is where you assign the extensions.

You may have to reboot the W52P , or reprovision the phone to get the extensions up and running
