I have searched in the forums, online, and through 3CX trying to find if there is a way to schedule MOH to change. I haven't found anyone asking this question either so figured I would ask. Has anyone found a way to be able to have the MOH change monthly automatically? Example: On November 1, the system uses the .WAV that was preselected for that month. Then on December 1, the file changes to the preselected file for December. Is there anything in the system that I am missing in the system that could be used to do this? Or can this be done with the call flow designer? Thank you in advance.
