See the license key used by a google cloud hosted 3cx install? Delete a google hosted account?

I have an older trial 3cx account I don't use, and an active 3cx account, both google cloud hosted,

I'd like to figure out what license key is being used by each account.

1. I've logged into the 3cx admin dashboard and checked the Settings page, as well as the dashboard, but I can't figure out how to view the license key.
2. For the hosted trial account I'm not using, can I delete it somehow?

There's a license button on the dashboard, you don't see that?



Clicking on that brings you to the license page. The other option is check your email. You should have received an email on the initial installation with your key and FQDN as they are tied together. Lastly you should have also gotten an email regarding your customer account for the 3CX portal (https://customer.3cx.com) which should also let you view your key and associated FQDN.

Hi, thanks for replying.

Clicking on the License element doesn't seem to do anything. I tested under Chrome and Firefox on Windows. I'll try going back and finding the original email.

I got a reply from LeonidasArma, "You do not have the licence key if your system is hosted by 3CX "

3cx did send me a license key when I signed up, but it is indeed a 3cx google cloud hosted system so maybe that's why the License link doesn't work.

Since this is a free hosted instance then you cannot access the licence tab as the PBX hosting admin account is in use. https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-hosting-admin/
