Separate MOH for each extensions

I have a question i need to add diferent MOH since the IVR has a menu language is it possible to have diferent MOH depend on which extension/menu selected?

I know you can have different MOH at the queue level, are your calls landing at a queue?
It's on the main page of the queue setup of what MOH to use.

Could you be more specific? your IVR is doing language choice? and after you want MOH related to language choosen? That's what you want to achieve?

Hi,

You can have different MOH per queue. After the call is answered though, if the caller is put on hold they will hear global MOH

Great! Going to try that. How about Closed Office Hours we have 2 recorded messages in 2 languages depends on the language that the user presses i would like to put the recording is that anyway to do that? Thanks

Where are coming calls for 2 languages? are they coming on same main number or separate numbers?
Do you want to use IVR to choose message language when in OOH ?

Depending on what you want you could have your IVR option 1 and 2 go to another IVR to play your audio.

If you are sending callers to an IVR at our office hours, and then they select a language?

Just look at the IVR options, you can use Play Prompt And Exit

The idea is if the person selects for example option 1 for english and if it's office hours it will ear the IVR options but if it's out for the office hours it will ear the closing business hours recorded prompt in English.
If it selects option 2 at the beginning it will ear the menu in Portuguese and if it's closing hours ear the message in Portuguese of the business hours

Trunk OH --> IVR1 --> choices---> Localized messages Yup we are open
Trunk OOH --> IVR2 --> choices---> Localized messages office closed

You need to set hours in trunk and set IVR1 during OH and IVR2 during OOH
