Hello Team!
I am facing this problem to log in 3CX Managment Console. "Server Error message".
Information: 3CX Phone System running on AWS Cloud - Platform: Debian GNU-Linux 9 Stretch.
Scenario: Yesterday at night, 2020/05/14, everything was green on dashboard. I decided to create the outbound rules for remote 3CX Apps, according to the link https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration., as I had only Inbound Rules. So, I configured the Ports 443 (outbound, TCP) for Google Android Push and 2195, 2196 (outbound, TCP) for Apple iOS Push. Then I logged in 3CX Phone System Management Console to run a Firewall test checker. My problems started here. Only stun has passed successful.
What I did: well, once firewall was failing I deleted all Outbound Rules created on my AWS EC2 instance and repeated the Firewall test checker. Same problem: everything was failing. I've restarted all 3CX Services via 3CX Management Console. Same problem with the firewall.
Issues: suddenly I couldn't log in 3CX Management Console anymore. The page spends some time loading and shows up the error message "Server Error".
What I did:
1. I've tried to log in 3CX Management Console in other computer. Same error. I've tried in laptops running Windows and Linux. Same error.
I'm able to connect my AWS EC2 intance, via EC2 Management Console, so I've:
1. verified if something was wrong with AWS EC2 Instance: everything was running fine.
2. stopped and started the EC2 instance. Same "Server Error".
3. rebooted my EC2 instance. Same "Server Error".
I'm able to connect my AWS EC2 Instance via SSH, so I've:
1. verified the 3CX Services:
sudo service 3CX* status
3CXEventNotificationManager.service - active (running)
3CXCfgServ01.service - active (running)
3CXMediaServer.service - active (running)
3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service - active (running)
3CXPhoneSystem01.service - active (running)
3CXIVR01.service - active (running)
3CXQueueManager01.service - active (running)
3CXCallFlow01.service - active (running)
3CXSystemService01.service - active (running)
3CXTunnel01.service - active (running)
3CXAudioProvider01.service - active (running)
3CXHotelModule01.service - status not displayed
2. Stopped and restarted all 3CX Services. Same status as displayed above (point 3.). Same "Server Error".
3. Rebooted the 3CX Phone System. Same "Server Error".
What I noticed:
1. Apparently all phones and extensions are working fine.
2. SINCE YESTERDAY (2020/05/14) I don't receive e-mail notification from 3CX Phone System. The last one was in Thu, May 14, 2:18 PM (1 day ago) about Stopped Services Notification.
3. TODAY (2020/05/15) I didn't receive Web Meeting Reports, even holding at least six videoconferences - I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS CONNECTED WITH THE "SERVER ERROR" ON 3CX MANAGEMENT CONSOLE.
4. Participants complained about not receiving invitation emails from 3CX Webmeeting - I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS CONNECTED WITH THE "SERVER ERROR" ON 3CX MANAGEMENT CONSOLE.
Every help is welcome!
