Shared Parking BLF not working in v16 for new install

Hey all, just setup a client with a new installation of 3CX professional. However, the client wants the phone system setup like his old system (with 2 parked call functions) as the new functions and features are a bit too mind blowing for the moment.

So, I mirror the settings to match his older, simpler phone system to relieve the pressure of needing work phones right away, except using 2 BLFs on the Yealink T42S phones for shared parking instead of dial codes. This way, they can see when calls are parked and ready to be picked up whenever.

However, despite having blind transfer set up, when i do a test call in and attempt to transfer the call to Shared parking 0 or 1, nothing happens.

Any thoughts, community?

What does this mean? Are you actually using the transfer button or are you just pressing one of the assigned SP buttons during an active call?

I am pressing the Transfer button on the active call, then pressing the BLF for Shard Park 0, the does not transfer, it just leave the initial phone with that active call.

Don't do that. Just press the SP button with the active call in-progress.
