Simultaneous call

in 3CX .. there is a term called "SC" - Simultaneous Calls
with a 16SC license, we only have 16 SC.. that mean only 16calls can be execute at the same time?

for example ,If I make a internal call(Ext XXX) to my colleague (Ext YYY) is 1 simultaneous call or 2 simultaneous call? In the same time my colleague B (Ext ZZZ) make a external call thru our trunk to PSTN ,total is how many simultaneous we use?

I believe the logic holds that a single call is defined to be:

Extension to extension
Extension to external number
External number to extension

Therefore if you make:
extension to extension to external

This is considered as two calls - one to the extension and then again from that extension out to an external.

Sorry, I only really visit the forum on weekends but as ineblett said the answer is yes internal and external calls are both counted as cc's.
