Setup 3CX Hosted PBX for a new customer (First time using 3CX's native hosting) and having strange behavior where an inbound call is taking two SIM CALL against the license.

I am using SIPTRUNK.com's default template, only have one ring group + two extensions currently created. I have never seen this behavior before. Any ideas?

Edit: Outbound calls only display one SIM CALL in the active call window.

Thanks

This is the only entry in the activity log. Going to open ticket with SIPTRUNK.com tomorrow. Looks like they might be sending the call twice?

This means that when the call is answered and the PBX sends a 200 OK it expects an ACK message to confirm the session. If that is not received then the call should drop after 32 seconds.
It looks like the call is hitting the PBX twice with a slight delay so I would confirm by running a packet capture on the PBX and see if there are 2 Invites for each call.
