I followed all steps to connecting my Skyetel to 3cx and read careful instructions for both sites and my number has a green box next to it insinuating its operating but when I go to dial a number it gives me the code: WEBRTC is not registered

I am very unintelligent when it comes to IT/Tech related issues so it's possible I am missing something somewhere I just can't for the life of me figure out what.

Can you dial other extensions, or the *777 echo test extension? That sounds more like a client side error.

Does your firewall test pass?

Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log for clues?

Hi @daisy1217

Are you using 3CX StartUP? If so what browser are you using? Can you try using a mobile client on the same extension and see if you can make calls?
You can do so by downloading the 3CX mobile app for your mobile OS and scan the QR code from the Webclient.

Your issue has nothing to do with Skyetel. It seems that you have problem connecting correctly to your machine via webRTC

*777 doesn't function however I did come to find I was missing a 3rd party SIP trunk party (I still don't understand it well) but I am at the very least progressing!

I also have same issue since last time i logged in.
Can you explain your issue in more detail so we can better understand?
