Hi all,
I just moved a company to 3cx were they had the extension length of 2 digits.
Now with 3cx I decided to go to 3 digits as I planned to add several queues and with 2 digits I was quite restricted.
So, in order not to confuse the employees I've set them the SIP ID as an "alias" so if they used to call extension 10, they can still do it even tho the real extension is 010.
This works but they are complaining that when they press 10 the phone is not showing the user's name.
In summary:
If my extension is 010 - Keith Gauci
When they press 010 the phone displays Keith Gauci but when they press 10 the phone just calls it without displaying the name.
Is there a work around I can do to "fix" this?
