Hello,

I have the following problem with my 3CX on my Windows VM: All calls from 3CX to the outside are reported as unavailable. On incoming everything is fine and on an old test setup on a Raspberry PI there are no problems in either direction. The result of the firewall test returns the following.
The used test provider is Sipgate Basic (from Germany).

It is noticeable that the port is mapped to 2948. However, port 5060 is not used by any other service on the Windows machine.

Hier ist mein Firewall Test:

Thanks for the help.

Did you configured your router / dsl modem?
What do you use?

If you've correctly forwarded the ports as outlined here https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/ then you shouldnt have any problems.

However, there is also the Windows Firewall to contend with, so, you may want to turn it off for the sake of testing.

If you've done the forwarding and still get this problem, then you may find a reboot of your router resolves this mapping issue.

Then I would run a trace on an outgoing call and see what's going on.
