SIP Providers in Australia - Is there a preferred?

Hi all,

Just looking for some feedback and opinions around the providers within Australia. We've got a couple of providers currently. I'm not sure if anyone else has had any issues over the last month with routing from Australia's largest provider but it's quite frustrating so we're looking for solutions.

1. What provider/s do you use?
2. Have you had any issues with them?
3. If so, how have you overcome them?
4. Have you got an alternative/backup provider?

We are with vocus and have had no issues so far.
