SIP sending internal IP instead of Public

I am configuring a new 3CX system using a SIP Trunk to do the setup before putting a gateway with a PRI

The trunk provider is setup by IP address and instead of receiving the external IP address, it receives the internal one. I modified the Put Public IP in SIP VIA Header and Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields but still no go.

Is there another place to configure the system to tell it to use the external IP or it's linked to my firewall (watchguard)

This sounds like the same issue that I was running in to. Make sure that your Firewall rules going from 3CX out are not being NAT'd. My PBX vendor was saying the same thing and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it was sending the internal IP rather than the Public IP. Just a thought.

What make and model of router? Some of the earlier model TP-LInk business class units would mangle the SIP headers and there was never a cure put into production.
