SIP/SIP Connection with Avaya

Hi,

I was wondering whether anybody has created a SIP trunk and connected with an Avaya phone system?

We have a customer who would like to pass us calls from their Avaya and I know there is not a template that 3CX provides, so I'm just wondering if there is anything specific I would need to do?

Also, whether there are any specific requirements on the Avaya end that they would need to be aware of?

Yes I've linked an Avaya ip office with 3cx .. works great. Simple sip trunk between the 2.

Could you tell me what is required on the Avaya side? Just a simple SIP trunk? Anything specific?
