Hello
I have SIP Trunk which is IP based authentication.

Any extension, even I as system owener/Admin not able to make outgoing calls using this trunk.
Attached are all the screenshots of Trunk setting, Route settings, user settings.

Logs keep saying 'reason rejected + no_access', reason rejected + no_route'

Country (USA) is also whitelisted, routes properlyt set yet not able make calls.

Can you check with your Trunk provider how they need to receive the destination number? Perhaps you need to prepend 00 or + .

Provider simply needs countrycode and number, does not require 00 or +

Just to rule out i tried with 00 and + prefix, issue is same.

From logs, it seems request is not hitting to provider even from 3cx, as 3cx is it self rejecting, saying no_access, no_route.

i tried with different provider like twillio also. But same problem

Can you check if there is anything reported in the Event Log? Also if possible set to Debug logging and repeat so we can see as much detail as possible.

Attached the Verbose log for a failed call.

Hi,

Is the voxbeam Trunk up/green?

Is your routing/internal DNS set correctly? I see the system talking with it's internal IP, but nothing popping up with the public IP for the PBX or the trunk endpoint.

I believe something changed with your public IP on the 29th. Perhaps your SIP provider needs to whitelist the new one?

SIP provider has already whitelisted IPs,
On 29th, yes, we tried to make outbound calls with a different interline.
All these IPs are already whitelisted with Provider.

Routing and DNS are all correct because 3CX does update itself automatically, which means 3CX can always reach to internet.

Is this by-chance using a gateway of some sort? I too don't see a public IP, which would be expected, if you are using a VoIP provider.
