Hello

I am on v. 16.0.612. Following my with win10 upgrade (from win7) I get these two issues that I can't resolve:

1. Can't delete SIP trunks created no matter what I do. It allows me to create and save changes but when I try to delete, system won't let me giving me
Internal Error 500 "Commit failed on transaction Delete Wexternalline.72: 10002 on Wprovider.6: TEST:0 - DELETE this"

2. extension 99 is not registered

could anyone please help?
I am attaching a screenshot.

thanks

Hello again. Is anyone able to help me out here?

thank you.

The delete issue (similar message) seems to have come up a couple of times before. Unfortunately the "solution" offered was to "open a support ticket", so no help there. I have not seen that before, so you may have to wait until someone from 3CX responds.

As far as the extension 99 issue....If a PBX is set to use two digits, then extension 99 is, by default, the voicemail access number. Have you changed that in the system, to re-use the number as a "normal" extension, or is it the voicemail service that has, perhaps, not started?

Hi thanks for getting back.

I don’t believe I used 99 for an extension. And I don’t remember setting it somewhere else.
Can you advice where to look and just to make sure it’s not a mistake by my side?

thanks
