Solved SIP trunks page not always loading

I've just installed the latest 3CX/Debian 10 ISO to replace a very old v6 3CX PABX I run at home.

All seems to be working fine, except for the SIP trunks page which has a 50/50 chance of either loading properly or showing the error:

"3CX Management console is not responding. This may be be a browser issue - Clear your browser cache, refresh and try again."

Hitting refresh doesn't fix this until the above error appears, then the page loads correctly.

Are there any fixes for this issue?

Hi,
I don't know which browser you are using. Chrome is the recommended browser, but honestly, even with firefox I never had any trouble.

I was using Firefox. Using Chrome instead has fixed the issue.

How many SIP Trunks do you have on the system?

What are the hardware specs of the machine in question?

Yes, glad to hear however its strange that you have such a consistent issue on Firefox.
