Solved SMS Just Disappeared

I am running 3CX hosted. My SIP trunk provider is Flowroute. I am using an IPhone. SMS was working fine yesterday and has been for months. But today there is no option for creating a new SMS, only chats. And while I can see old SMS messages, they all have an x on the lower left corner and I cannot send texts from 3CX. I installed the Windows APP and do not have an SMS option there either. I also cannot find the SMS options in my 3CX Phone System portal. Flowroute settings look correct with SMS and MMS active and webhooks configured. Any help is appreciated.

Look in your SIP Trunk settings, the API key may be missing, that happened to me and I just had to re add the API Key.

Hi @timothytek,

Please clarify if the routing of the SMS is pointing to a destination that the extension that you are trying to initiate a conversation from is part of (Call Queue, Ring Group, Extension Group, directly to the extension).

Also, where did you set up the SMS in the Phone System?

Thanks, Snake River Web! You were right! 3CX Admin Portal lost the secret key and I had to reconfigure it! Thanks again!
