Solved SNOM 300 STUN provisioning doesn't work

Hello,

I have built new PBX in AWS Lightsail, and everything except SNOM 300 phone is working good. I have added this phone to the new extension and I see that PBX successfully delivered configuration to RPS server, and when I go to web interface of the phone, I can see that phone received information from RPS server, but it's not able to provision and connect to the PBX for some unknown reason. This phone was previously connected to my home test 3cx via PnP and I also upgraded firmware to the latest and everything worked fine until now when I want to use this phone as a STUN extension. I rebooted phone to factory settings multiple times, and phone receives Server URL from RPS and locks down this field so I can't modify it.
Logs on the phone shows that phone is "Giving up" after some time, and provisioning URL which is used by phone is working when I open it from my PC that is located in the same LAN with phone.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello @Goran Cvijanovic

Please navigate to Settings / Security of the management console and disable the option under "SSL Transport and Ciphers". Then try provisioning the phones again.
As mentioned in the guide for the M300 this needs to be off as these phones are incompatible with the Secure SSL settings.

I downloaded conf file manually and uploaded to the phone and it works. I will not waste more time on it, it's frustrating.
