In Progress Snom Phonebook - Queued for Development

Hello 3cx Community,

actually the Snom phones only show mobile phonenumbers on the phonebook,
I want to ask if it's planed to include business phonenumbers in a future release or if there is a possibility of including them.

It is kind of stupid when we have such a nice phonebook with ability to enter several numbers, the address and so on, but we cannot access to it by the phones...!?

Even in the 3CXPhone-directory.xml is only the mobile number apparent.

Please give us a possibility to access a independent xml-Directory with all details what we can enter in the global phonebook of the 3CX MC. Then at least we are able to process and provide the data ourselves in a suitable XML format. Because at the moment (except for the use with the 3cx client) the global address book is mostly useless. And that's a pity...

Also - why does the extension mobile number not get fed into the phonebook automatically?
Instead I have to add the person as a Contact and enter the mobile number again. This is "ok" - but now goto the Softphone and everyone has 2 mobile numbers listed.

any news on this? a complete sync of a contact database is a key feature and absolutely missed in the moment.

We recently installed a system using Fanvil X5 phones and after their receptionist populated the 3CX phone book we realised the Fanvil only shows the Mobile Phone entry.

what is the current standing? The users need this function, the current phone book is not usable.
