SNOM Templates

I have an issue with provisioning SNOM phones. (SNOM 300, 320 and 760)

When the phones are provisioned by the default SNOM templates the “Customised Alert-Info using built-in melodies:” are not setup.
The “Internal Ringer Text:” fields stays empty, also “Internal Ringer File:” are not changed.
I have checked both templates (300 and 320/760) but see no strange “things”. It should work, but it doesn’t.

Is this a known (phone) issue or do I forget something to do?

Hi,
Are your snom in fw 8.7.3.25 (latest supported) ?
Are you up-to-date on templates (see 3CX Phone System Updates / Phone Provisioning Updates) and using defaults ?
Is this same after factory reset / reprovisioning ?

Thank you for your reply.

The Snom is running on fw 8.7.3.25
I have downloaded the latest template (Snom 3x0, 7x0, 8xx) and using default settings
Execute a Factory reset and reprovisioning the Snom
Issue is still there.
