Solved SNTP Errors

Hi there!

Im attempting to setup a Polycom vvx 101 phone for a client. It states that it is successfully provisioning but, it does not work due to an "SNTP Error"

Any ideas?

So you've setup the phone per this guide, including the factory reset and putting it on the correct firmware?

Yes I have. It appears that it has started working now. This is strange as I have not came across an error like this before...

Perhaps it was a transient error, the phone was unable to reach the NTP server to find the correct time, and then it recovered after a while.

Next time, provide a screenshot or write down the exact error/behavior in case it is a permanent issue.
