Hello everyone,
we have installed our own 3CX on V18 and upgraded to V20 a while back. When we set up our 3CX two years ago, we set the forwarding rules based on extention status to forward calls back to queue 60, whenever an extention is called that is already on call or busy.
We are missing this functionality in V20. The old extensions that we had set up this way still forward to queue 60, but new queues simply don't have that option. When selecting "Forward external calls to" "Extension Number", we cannot select ring groups or queues, only actual extensions.
When choosing to "Forward external calls to" "System Extension" we only get to choose from Conference or Special menu.
https://www.3cx.com/user-manual/call-forwarding/ lists queues and ring groups as system extensions that can be selected in that menu. However, that is not possible for us.
Is this a limitation of V20, or a bug we are facing?
