V5 Transfer error from PSTN to FXS to IP PHONE

The problem i have right now its that when i got a call from pstn and answer it from an FXS phone and then do a transfer to GXP2000 the GXP2000 only get the music on hold the calling party just blank on the logs everything normal.

This is very urgent because i already remove the Panasonic PBX the setup its this:

3CX Phone System Version5.0.3762.0
1- GXW4104 - 4FXO
1- GXW4004 - 4FXS
15 - GXP2000

Please any help or clue or suggestion i will apreciate it

Hi AldoLinares,

Please found my V5 testing environment for your reference.

3CX Phone System Version5.0.3762.0
Patton SN4960 for ISDN/PRI/T1 (PSTN)
HT503- 1 FXO and 1 FXS
GXP2000 (unofficial Grandstream FW 1.1.5.3)

PSTN call ->SN4960->3CX->HT503(FXS with extension 505) answered the call from PSTN

EXT 505 press flash key
*87473 (Transfer the call to GXP2000 with EXT 473)
GXP2000 can both ways communication with PSTN side.

Since my setup just simulate with you. Just for your reference. Hope you can fixed this issue soon.

On V3 with this setup on another client to transfer a call i just press flash then the phone number and hung up.

Now i need to use *87 then the extension?
