We just went live a couple of weeks ago with a new Cloud Based 3cx system fro our company. We have about 150 desk phones on the system, and we seem to have several issues with certain phones at different locations. The issue we have is that certain phones lose registration overnight, and its only certain phones at these locations. Hardware we are using are Netgear switches models GS752TPv2 ,GS728TP. They are setup with Auto-Voip and using the OUI table to provide phone VLAN to them, and all that seems to work fine. We are using Sonicwall's at all these locations from TZ-100 series, to TZ-300 series.
Our Cloud provider tells us that its probably a switch issue since they brought out one of there switches and isolated 1 phone that is having the issues on to a Ubiquiti switch and the phone seems to not have lost its registration.
The question I have for them, which they could answer was why is it only happening to 1-2 phones at certain locations, and not all phones. No Answer.
What they have tried is to reload the current firmware to these phones, and also re-provision these phones as well.
Phones in question are Yealinks models T42s, T52s, and 1 T58v
Any help would be appreciated.
