some question about 3cx api integration CRM

I have some questions about 3cx

We have our CRM

if we integrate 3cx api to our crm can we have this feature :

• CRM user can click on a button in CRM to accept the call
• CRM user can click on a button in CRM To make an outbound call
• CRM user can click on a button in CRM to hold or forward a call

(play like the telephone from CRM)

What is your CRM? None of those I know integrates on that level.

No, there is no API to do this at the moment.

You can only make outbound calls, if you launch the proper URL from your CRM. The Web Client lets you make outbound calls using this URL:
https://mypbx.example.com:5001/webclient/#/call?phone=1234567890

No, there is no API to do this at the moment.

You can only make outbound calls, if you launch the proper URL from your CRM. The Web Client lets you make outbound calls using this URL:
https://mypbx.example.com:5001/webclient/#/call?phone=1234567890

That's not an API. You need to launch that URL in a new browser tab, on the client machine. The agent must be logged in to the Web Client, and then the Web Client will make the call from the logged in extension.
