That's mean your Line 1 registration is ok.
So, now let's test dialplan.
Can you please say which number (how much digits) you're calling and give your dialplan string. It is in the Line 1 tab in the bottom.

The ports on the spa need to be different 5060 and 5061 line 1 and pstn then you can check the 'Request-Line-URI' field. otherwise if you check the button you get a busy signal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got them thanks. it turns out the ports needed to be different on line 1 and the pstn.
