Hello everyone, I need your help.
I have the following setup in my office: PABX Corp 80000, Server with 3CX and a SPA3000 so I can connect my PABX with my 3CX.
It turns out that I was able to configure the beauty input route, when someone calls the pabx extension, it redirects to my sip extension, through the FXO port of the ATA. But when I try to call a PBX extension through the sip extension it can not, I've tried to do some output routes, but it still will not.
I do not have E1 in my structure.
Can someone help me?

Sorry for my english :)

Yo are trying to use both the FXO and FXS ports on the SPA3000? It sounds as if you have other extensions on the PBX. Are they able to make outgoing calls over the FXO port of the 3K? Is the extension connected to the FXS port able to receive calls from other extensions?

It turns out that I was able to configure the beauty input route, when someone calls the pabx extension, it redirects to my sip extension, through the FXO port of the ATA.

Is this call going through 3CX or simply ringing the FXS port through an option in the 3K?

If you continue to ave issues, post the PSTN and LINE tabs (pages) of the 3K and I'll have a look at The settings.

I assume that the 3K is local to the 3Cx server and that you have given it a static IP. Each device (PSTN and LINE) must have unique ports. There are a number of settings that require changing to "separate" the two from each other.

Hi, only FXO.

When I receive a call from my PBX (Extension 203). The incoming route is routed from redirect to my sip extension (Extension 0001).

Well... a few things that are wrong...

In the dialplan (#2) it should be (S0<:10000>) , as 10000 is the trunk number in 3CX going by the other pages. that "forwards" incoming calls to that number in 3CX.

In the PSTN tab, the USER should also be the trunk number 10000, or it won't register.

In the INFO tab, it would appear that the line voltage from whatever you have the FXO port plugged into, is only 20 volts (a PBX?). Normally it is 48 V. You may need to lower the Line in Use Voltage (international Control), which is currently set to 30, or the 3K may think the line is in use, and will not put through a call.

Change PSTN CID for VoIP CID to yes (PSTN to VoIP Gateway setup)

Both the trunk, and the extension you have created in the 3K should show as registered when datafilled correctly. In the 3CX trunk settings, be sure you have port 5061 datafillled there, as that is what is in the 3K. Are you using the Line as an extension, I see it is not registered?

Many of the pages you posted are missing the bottom half, so i can't see all options. The PSTN, LINE and SIP tabs are the most critical. It appears that the network setting are good.

Have a look over this post. It involves the SPA3102 ( the replacement for the 3000), but it is very very similar.

Hey, great it was the impedance! Thanks!
Is there any way I can identify on my sip extension, which PBX extension is calling?

Which "SIP extension" do you mean? Are you using the FXS port (Line) as a registered extension? Or do you just have a set plugged in there, and are routing directly out on the PSTN line?

On my 3cx extension, I would like to know which extension of my CORP PBX is calling.

So the 3K is connected to "something" (a SIP line?) from another PBX? If that is the case, then ...A, they must be sending Caller ID, and B, the 3K must be set to the type of Caller ID they are sending. There may be a a couple of other settings involved, depending on the type of Caller ID used. I mentioned one setting that needs to be changed in a previous post.

Bro, thanks for your advance.
When I'm on call, how can I transfer to another extension of pabx? Well, he says the line is busy and it really is.

Thanks!

There is an option, in the 3K, to pass on a hook flash, but, my understanding is that is used when calling out from a set plugged into the FXS (Line) port, and the call is direct out on the PSTN port. Any hook flash (analogue set) done on a set that is a 3CX extension will not be passed out on the PSTN port of a gateway, it will be intercepted by the ATA the line is using. Most gateways (in the business PBX world) are not usually connected to a line that has a service that uses a flash.
Unless the PBX you are connected to, responds to DTMF alone, to do a transfer, i think you are out of luck.

The FXS ports could be registered as a 3CX extension. then using the dialplan, in the 3K, you could route calls out on the PSTN line, or to another extension on 3CX. But only that 3CX extension would be able to do a transfer on a call from the PSTN trunk.

Yes, I connected my fxs port to a 3K extension, however while I am receiving a call I can not make a transfer through the PSTN.

If you have a set plugged into the FXS port, it can work in one of two ways (when using 3CX). It can place calls directly out over the PSTN port if you have the Line dialplan set to route calls that way. It can also send dialled calls to the 3CX PBX, which then (based on the outbound rules) will send the call out over the 3K PSTN port (gw0).

When you posted the pages from the 3K, it showed the Line as not registered, so...You will have to provide more explicit details about how you are using the device.
