Speech Analytics Integration

Hi All,

I couldn't figure out where to post this so hopefully a generalised thread location will work. I'm looking for any info on integration with any Speech Analytics platforms that anyone has working in an automated fashion with 3CX. There's manual uploads from call recordings that the client can perform but if there was an integration path out there at all I'd love to know more.

After re-reading your post, I noticed I misunderstood and wrote to you about speech recognition. After searching a while, I've not found any program that I've seen a concrete solution working with 3CX seamlessly.

I've seen some posts on reddit whereby some companies advertise that they could do this, but you'd need to speak with them to confirm it.

I'll leave this open in case anyone else has anything to add.

The only thing possible is : watch the recordings folder, upload when a new file is detected and saved (closed).
