Hi to all. We have an Elastix PBX and we have a Panasonic KX-T30865 analogic door bell. I’m trying to connect it with an Grandstream HT487, but i can’t make to speed dial to a sip extension. Anyone has done this? is something i can do in the Elastix? We only need the door bell dial to a sip extension through the Handytone. Thanks in advanced!

Hi,

You need a Grandstream HT801 to connect analog devices to 3CX. This model is supported and can be provisioned by 3CX.

But this does not mean the Panasonic bell will work with it, it might only work with a Panasonic Hybrid system.

Look at the door phones section for suggestions on supported devices to replace the Panasonic. https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

In most Grandstream devices, there is a field called Offhook auto-dial. If you want the phone connected to a number, when the caller goes off-hook, that is where you will put the number.
