SWitchvox setup

Hey guys-

We are struggling with getting the 3cx set up with our Switchvox 5.0 system. Can someone help with any special settings, etc that we may be missing? thanks.

Switchvox is a competitive product, not sure why you would want to setup 3CX with it.

I'm a bit curious as to why you are trying to setup switchvox with 3cx, are these two systems at different loctaions?

Well, to answer both of you, we are not using 3cx in a PBX fashion. We need to have remote users dial into and from our PBX remotely. So, we are using the 3CX softphone 6 for this purpose. However, we are struggling with the set up as itis not registering fully.
