Will version 15.5 become available for Linux Distribution for Hosted solution? Also, pleas include Multiple Calls feature in Ring Group and Call Queues. Currently, this has been downgraded in Linux distribution which is disappointing as we cannot sell linux distribution to medium size companies where they need Multiple Calls to be accepted by their employees / agents.

Mmmmh... I think that the new hotel module is really a shame versus the old one...

Thats something you need to solve with Plantronics and the way your network user profiles are configured. You have to ensure Plantronics is the default audio device

Hi Nick,
My jabra GN 2000 headset is selected as the default audio device but I also get the message that there is no phone connected to the webclient and can not be registered with the webclient alone in the v15.5 system. It works great if I enter the 3cx windows client at the same time.

Hi, tried the new free v15.5 looks great, very clean and easy to use.

Quick question, I'm currently on V14 Pro and want to setup V15.5 Pro (with my license key) and get everything ready to switch over and do a few more tests etc.

Can I run both my v14 and v15.5 off the same license for a few days whilst I get everything moved over, or will activating the license on V15.5 disable my v14 install (thinking 7 days max).

HI Nick, We are in the same position as Jakub, running a 250 room hotel and wishing to run 15.5 to mirror the functionality of the version we are running in our call centre. To do this we need

• - Maid status functionality similar to version 14. to effectively operate our housekeeping team
• - Wake-up call functionality available in some manner for reception staff to enable on behalf of guests. Unfortunately, guest prefer the easy of simply asking reception staff to set it up versus doing it themselves.
