No it does not. It can be bridged somewhat to other PBXs but that's it.

Ok, I understand but I mean some more keys for another registration to another SIP system than 3CX pbx , as example
old 3CXPhone client version 6, which has 5- programable keys for SIP differents account.

That client is very old and completely different to what we support today.

It cannot be done on the new app, it works in an entirely different way (there is no SIP stack)
