Timeouts on all Queue Statistic Reports > 6 months

V18, we could schedule a one time report and wait for it to populate, it then says completed or whatever and we can view the report.

As it stands, forgive me if I'm doing something wrong, when we try and search a range of over 6 months the system times out on both "Search" and on "Schedule".



Please could I have some information on whether or not this is a system performance issue or a human issue?

Yes, it does exceed those hardware specs.
