transfer the Caller ID

Hi everyone,
I just want to know that if I transfer a call to an external number, does the 3CX support to bring the Caller ID to the external number via Voip provider? Thanks

When you divert a call to an outside number , the caller ID you will have displayed on the receiving phone will be the one of the line that is used to dial out to divert the call.

Is there any way around this? I would like to see the number of the person calling me, not the office's number.

I think that the only way a forwarded call will show the originators number is... if you are using the call forward feature that your phone company offers, your phone is on a Centrex switch, or you have a PBX using a PRI that is capable of relaying the caller ID on the outbound leg.
