Transfer to change profile status

Hi,

I got a user that make me discover a weird trick, and want to see if there is a way to block this manipulation.

User A calls User B
User B answer the call
User A blind transfer the call to *3(configured Change Profile Status star code)1
User B are in away mode.

Users can be able to use this star code, but not to transfer users TO the star code.

Regarding your question, I see you have opened a ticket with us at 3CX tech support, but why are users transferring calls with *3?

I know, this is anoying, but even asked the user to not do so, the user continue to change others users profiles.

He also do so with the security desk, so it is a little bit concerning.

Have you considered removing the dial code completely?
