Transferring Calls from iOS or Android issue

Running on: 18.0 (Build 35)
IOS: 20.0.10.76

This morning, we have noticed that transferring calls using the name/extension picker is not available. When pressing the transfer button, it shows the number pad and have a back arrow on the top left. When selecting that arrow, it shows the picker. When selecting an extension from the picker, it does not transfer the call to the selected extension. It makes another separate call. The only way to transfer is to manually enter the extension of the user.

There are two ways in the screenshot above:
1 - directly dial the number and "call" it
2 - tap the Magnifier button to open the contact picker and "call" from there.
