Hello,

We monitor our servers for full hard drives, faults, etc. and also have events like a fire alarm, etc.

How could I trigger 3cx server to make a call, even without somebody talking.
Example:

Monitoring Systems detects a fault in the middle of the night >>> Triggers 3cx >>> 3cx calls me on my phone to wake me up

Using the number sent, I can see, that this is the alarmsystem.

Does anyone know a good way to do this?
Maybe using a http request?

Thanks,
Steffen Maier

If you use an ATA, that supports an autodial/hotline feature (many do), then you could have a relay short the tip & ring (through a resistor, to simulate a set), which would place a call to the pre-programmed number. The call will stay up until the short is released, so you may want to include a timimg circuit to hold the line for only 30 seconds to a minute.
