I recently changed my provider, now I have a dynamic IP Address.
I changed the settings in the settings->Network settings.
But I cannot be reached now, although the siptruncs turn green meaning they registered themselfs.
In the log the error message occurs frequently:
" There's another STUN server that resolves to the same IP: 151.80.125.93:3478"
In the Dashboard it says behind IP Address In Red Detecting.

What can I do about it?

Regards,
Rob

In the Dashboard it says behind IP Address In Red Detecting.

Perfectly normal for a Dynamic IP address, I used Dynamic as standard as I have known ISP's changing IP addresses even when they say they have assigned a static so best to be safe.

Did you have a 1-1 NAT rule and firewall rule setup in your gateway device for the old public IP linked to 3CX? it may require a change of this perhaps.

Hello, I did not have anny 1-1 rule linked to 3CX.
I now have opened up the port it is using for the stun servers, but that does not help either.

What does the 3CX dashboard report about it's currently assigned IP? Any discrepancies? If you nslookup your FQDN is it tied to your old IP or new?

In my dashboard it says detecting.
NS lookup gives me my current IP

OK so until that detecting gets sorted you are going to have an issue, the correct IP is not being forwarded through from the public side, again I think this must be a firewall/NAT issue.

How is your Firewall checker looking ?

I had opend up the ports and now I restarted the server, now it finds its IP Addres.

Thanks for the tips!

No problem, glad your issue is resolved.
