Trunk Registration Failed

Having issues with a new trunk that i'm setting up, it will not register, i have talk to Telnyx he is the provider and he is not seeing the registration attempts.

on my log what i see is:

Telnyx is a supported provider in the USA. Are you using the 3CX template for them?

Can your PBX server ping sip-anycast1.telnyx.com ?

I just try a different provider and same issue...

Ok great, in this case if you can ping them but they do not see any registration attempts coming from you then I would suspect that your requests are not reaching them due to your internet access. This could either be due to the ISP or your own firewall stopping the traffic.

I think it's best to run a capture in this case from one tab, while using a second tab to enable your trunks. The capture should show you the registration attempts and any replies that may or not come back. This is just for verification of course, you will then have to see which element on your network is blocking the attempts.

Did every test pass on your firewall test or did anything fail? (i.e SIP ALG detected)

The log suggests that you get an error back from 192.76.120.10 which is a Telnyx IP address so i find it hard to believe that your registration attempts are not reaching them.
As @JohnS_3CX suggested, run a capture and refresh the trunk registration. You should see if you are getting a reply from the provider.

I have not made the capture yet, I have a lap 3cx and created the trunk there, it register without any issues, then I exported the trunk imported on my primiry 3cx and it work well... I'm still going to work on the capture with with the other provider to see what I can find out
