Trying to get a Polycom 101 to properly provision

Good afternoon all I am still new learning 3cx I struggled to get my server running properly turns out I had an error in my Raspi and the Date was way off preventing connection to my management counsel. Anyway, I got my app extensions working but I have a back-office desk phone on the local LAN but my management won't auto-provision even though it states it's supported the setup articles keep saying hold 123 for 3-4 secs and enable the PNP "my phone doesn't do this" can someone share a phone provision for dummies please I really want this back-office phone working. I don't think I can set up a DHCP 66 as I am using an unifi USG for a DHCP

You need to do this first before going to step 3 https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-vvx/

After factory defaulting the phone, you may have to update the firmware

Hello, So yes, I have factory reset the phone and updated the firmware multiple times. But my management console will not add it to my phones tab and no matter how many times I try to hold 123 I can't actually get a menu to open as it states in the connection instructions. I wonder if I have a fake knockoff phone. I did manage to get into the web app and updated the provisioning server with the information listed under the provisioning tab under extensions but I keep getting a can not connect to server error

Thank you for attempting to help after a few hours of playing with it I treated it like a legacy phone and got it working
