Trying to install 3CX android app

Hi, I have been trying to install the 3CX android app on my samsung S7.
Every time I attempt to scan the QR code I get the following message "pbx connection cannot be reached connection timed out." Our phone system is currently up and operational.
I tried also accessing it through the browser on my phone but that didnt accomplish anything. i can see the QR code but cant scan it.
Is there a way to bypass this QR code scan and just manually enter the needed information?
Is it possible I am getting the message because I am having to rely on my phones service and not the wifi?

Hello @dcook1313

Please make sure that the https port of your PBX is open and correctly forwarded. Also make sure that your FQDN is pointing to the correct public IP address.
You can also provision the device using a welcome email

The email should include an attachment that should be associated with the 3CX client. Click on the attachment and the 3CX client should get provisioned.
If the file is not associated with the 3CX client then you can open it through a file manager app and select the 3CX client to open it with.

The QR code is located in the Web Client / Settings / Scan QR Code.
