unable to login to 3cx

hello,
I have just started to evaluate 3cx phone system.
i can not get my one linksys spa942 to register.
i have another spa942 that registers fine and work but i can not for the life of me figure out what is different..
i am behind a nat
phones are on firmware version: 6.1.5(a)

the phone im having issues with is saying Failed(No Response) but yet my other one is working fine????

i have tried to set both phone w/ the same information one works one don't.
as far as i can tell they have the exact same settings.
the one phone dose not even show up in the log saying that its trying to register.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi can you confirm if the phone has been given an IP address from DHCP?

If so, can you ping the phones IP address from a PC?

yes the phones have ip addresses seeing i can access the web interface
8.40 works

edit after more testing.

gave both phones the same ip and pluged them in one by one.
i was able to get them both to register but if i change its ip address it will not sync two phones..

took phones to public network 168.215.66.0/24

gave them both static public addresses both phones work w/ each other.

un sure what could be causing the issue.

switches are non managed, both phones used to work w/ these on onsip...
main router is mikrotik i have disabled sip and h323, back when i was dealing w/ onsip.

any ideas?

p.s. if network dumps are needed i can do that.
