Unable to register Yalink W52P,

Hello

I am new to 3CX software so please forgive me if i come across as retarded. I have installed v16 on a windows 10 box but i would prefer to run it on Linux, I am at my wits end in trying to add a dect phone, an extension the button is grayed out. I know this is not allot of info but please advise where possible.
