Hello,

So I have a Yealink SIP-T29G that is currently in a remote site and it's connected to the main office via SBC. There is no major problem with connection/calls but there are some small problems I can't seem to be able to fix:
- I am unable to upgrade the phone's firmware via the 3CX Phone System Management Console in the main office. I tried reset them and update to an empty profile, doesn't work.
- The T29G moves around to different room sometimes. When it connects to a new location, it cannot login to the queue system via BLF or *62. Users would have to manually queue in using the 3CX windows application. Strangely, users could use the BLF or *62 for the subsequent queue in's. So, only the 1st queue in would have problem.
