Solved Unhide unprovisioned phone

Hi
i wrongly clicked the eye icon on an unprovisioned phone and now it doesn't appear again, even if i reset it.
What can i do?

Pressing the "X" next to an unprovisioned phone, simply removes that temporary entry you used to see.

A full factory reset should bring it back, unless you have networking or config issues (preventing the PnP multicast message from reaching 3CX again).

1. Check the IP blacklist, make sure that phone's current IP is not in there.

2. Check the phone itself after you perform a full factory reset. Ensure it has actually been reset, not just restarted

3. If you have DHCP option 66 on your network, disable it and try again.

Thanks, the IP was blacklisted. This solved my issue!
