JohnS_3CX Support Team Staff member 3CX Support Joined Jan 4, 2019 Messages 14,530 Reaction score 3,701 Aug 23, 2022 #2 Pressing the "X" next to an unprovisioned phone, simply removes that temporary entry you used to see. A full factory reset should bring it back, unless you have networking or config issues (preventing the PnP multicast message from reaching 3CX again). 1. Check the IP blacklist, make sure that phone's current IP is not in there. 2. Check the phone itself after you perform a full factory reset. Ensure it has actually been reset, not just restarted 3. If you have DHCP option 66 on your network, disable it and try again.
